01 Definitions

Refers to the YouDomo LLC platform, including but not limited to the website, web application, API endpoints, dashboards, data visualizations, software tools, features, content, and all related technologies or services provided by YouDomo LLC.

"User," "You," or "Your"

Refers to any individual or entity that accesses, browses, or uses the Service in any capacity, including anyone who creates an account, purchases a subscription, accesses API data, or interacts with any tools or features offered by YouDomo LLC.

"We," "Us," or "Our"

Refers to YouDomo LLC, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and any authorized representatives acting on behalf of the company.

"Subscription"

Refers to the optional paid monthly tier that grants Users access to additional features, enhanced data, or expanded functionality beyond what is available to free Users.

02 Eligibility & Account Requirements

To use the Service, You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep Your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity occurring under Your account, whether authorized by You or not.

03 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Access or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Copy, scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data outside of approved API endpoints.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying data structures.
• Circumvent API limits, rate limits, authentication methods, or paywalls.
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) except through the official API.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any data or content without written permission from YouDomo LLC.
• Use the Service to build or train competing products or models unless explicitly allowed.
• Use data from YouDomo LLC for commercial display or distribution purposes without written permission.

04 API Usage Terms

Use of the API is subject to rate limits, authentication requirements, and usage restrictions as defined in Your subscription plan. YouDomo LLC may modify rate limits or revoke API access at any time to maintain service stability.

Users may not:

• Share API keys with any third party.
• Use the API to create competing datasets, APIs, or commercial data feeds.
• Cache or store API data beyond what is permitted in documentation.
• Exceed usage limits or attempt to bypass metering.

05 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, data compilations, software, code, visualizations, API structures, UI/UX components, and trademarks available through the Service are the exclusive property of YouDomo LLC or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service solely for personal or internal business use. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from the Service without written consent.

06 Data Licensing & Usage Restrictions

Financial data provided through the Service may include publicly available regulatory filings combined with proprietary formatting, enrichment, and normalization developed by YouDomo LLC. Users may use retrieved data for personal analysis or internal business use only. Users may not redistribute, publish, resell, or provide automated access to the data to third parties without a commercial license.

07 Subscription & Billing Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, You authorize YouDomo LLC to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. YouDomo LLC may modify pricing with notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

08 Privacy Policy Reference

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Service, You consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

09 Third-Party Services & Data Sources

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouDomo LLC from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of Your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

11 Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. YouDomo LLC disclaims all warranties including accuracy of data, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12 Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Virginia. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

13 Financial Information Disclaimer

All financial data, analysis, and information provided on YouDomo LLC are for informational purposes only. This content does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any securities. Users are responsible for their own investment decisions.

14 Accuracy of Data

15 Service Availability

16 Refund Policy

By purchasing a Subscription or accessing paid features, You acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds, prorated credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused time, dissatisfaction with data, or failure to cancel prior to the renewal date.
• All recurring charges are non-refundable. It is Your responsibility to manage and cancel Your Subscription before the next billing cycle.
• No exceptions will be made for accidental purchases, failure to use the Service, or misunderstandings about included features.
• If You cancel, access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which Your plan will not renew.

17 Termination of Services

YouDomo LLC reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate services at any time without prior notice. Users acknowledge and accept that services may change or be discontinued without warning.

18 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouDomo LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses.

19 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

20 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
